It's also hard to believe that I'm the mum of not one but two teenagers. Our house is already awash with hormones, I suppose it will only get worse now.
She's been given some money for her birthday. I'm sure she'll enjoy spending it tomorrow as she has a shopping trip planned with her friends. Our present of a session in a recording studio to record a CD went down very well, she was thrilled to bits with it.
School calls for her today, but we're going to spend a family evening together with a take away and DVDs, her choice.
Happy birthday Eleanor, my gorgeous girl.
A very big Happy Birthday to Eleanor - I hope she has a brilliant day :0)ReplyDelete

I know exactly what you mean when you say, you can't believe that thirteen years have passed. My son will be 28 this year!!!!!! I can't believe that either. Only seems like yesterday he was three! Lesley x

You have a very lovely girl. My daughter turns 17 in two months. I can certainly understand when you wonder where the time went. It seemed only yesterday she was a little girl learning to walk.ReplyDelete
Thank you for all your birthday wishes for Eleanor, she was thrilled to bits. We had a lovely evening on Friday and Eleanor spent Saturday shopping with her friends, which she enjoyed very much.ReplyDelete
