There's nothing like a bit of rest and relaxation, is there?
Archie doesn't have any problems chilling out, though he does need a trim. I shall be booking him in at the groomers very soon.
I think I'll take a leaf out of Archies book, get my jobs done this morning, then relax a bit this afternoon.
Archie looks very cosy. Your one a day blanket is looking beautiful, I can't wait to see it finished. Have a lovely relaxing day, I plan to! xxx
ReplyDeleteArchie sleeps in the funniest positions. I think it will be some time before my one a day blanket is finished, but that's the idea of it, a nice relaxing project without any rushing involved.
DeleteI hope you end up being a relaxed as Archie1

I don't think I'm ever that chilled out, even when I'm asleep.
DeleteAnimals can always chill out and relax cant they? I am have a 'take it easy' day today, doing nothing much.Back to work tomorrow after our week off and I am not looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteAnimals can sleep wherever they drop, and they manage to get comfy too. Enjoy your day today before you're back to work tomorrow, it's always a wrench going back to work when you've had time off, hope it goes ok.
DeleteDefinitely not, especially on a soggy Sunday! Enjoy the rest of the day. Flighty xx
ReplyDeleteSoggy it is. I'm enjoying my lazy day, but it would have been nice to be able to get something done at the allotment.
DeleteI think dogs and cats are adorable when they relax so much that they stretch out like that. I hope that you manage to find some quiet time for your own R+R. I must confess that I slept for nearly two hours on the sofa yesterday afternoon. Jx
ReplyDeleteArchie really lets himself go and relax, he's often to be heard snoring. I'm enjoying relaxing this afternoon, I'm just going to do a bit of knitting now. It's a long time since I've fallen asleep on the sofa, it's probably because there isn't much peace and quiet around here with two teenagers in the house.
DeleteArchie looks like how I've felt this weekend. Getting over another horrible cold but spirits are high as we are off on our hol on Friday.
ReplyDeleteSft x
Sorry to hear you've been poorly again, I'm sure this horrible weather is to blame for all the bugs going around. I wish I were going to Cornwall with you, but we've got our summer holidays booked now, so at least I've got something to look forward to.
DeleteAnimals do chilling out quite well, don't they. Our Charlie, tends to take over the sofa, he throws all but one of the cushions on the floor with his nose before settling down - as he's a sausage dog he takes up rather a lot of room! George is usually more civilized but only marginally. Hope you got time to relax - I end up plumping cushions and placing them back on the sofa!

Animals are so funny with their little habits. Archie does tend to like a cushion usually, so that he can rest his head on it. I've had a lovely relaxing day, it makes a change as I'm usually dashing about on a weekend getting things done.
DeleteHe's well away, isn't he!
ReplyDeleteLove from Mum
xx
You should hear the snores. He certainly knows how to make himself comfy.
DeleteRosie sleeps like that too. Aren't they funny? :oD
ReplyDeleteThey're so funny. I chuckle all the time at the things Archie gets up to.
DeleteThey always seem to knick the comfiest spots on the sofa. Bless him - he looks totally chilled. xx
ReplyDeleteI often have to move him when I want to sit down, he always seems to choose my favourite place.
DeleteWhenever I see Archies little Cavalier face at other posts , I always have to prance over and take a peek at what you are up to ~ he is so adorable!
ReplyDeleteI know I'm biased but I think he's adorable too. He's such a cutie.
DeleteHope you had a relaxing day!
ReplyDeleteI had a lovely afternoon on Sunday. Not so relaxing today, I've been with Daniel for a university interview.
DeleteAwww, bless :}
ReplyDeleteHe's such a cutie. He does like to let it all hang out.
