Photo Medley - March

Time for a round up of the photos I've taken this month which haven't made it on to the blog for one reason or another.

Archie on one of his many walks.

It's tiring posing for photos, especially when you're a dog.

Signs of spring in the garden.

A Gerbera amongst my Mother's Day bouquet.

Trying to take photos of the eclipse without looking at the sun and without a filter on the camera. It doesn't work!

The first thing Eleanor's ever knit.

She even crocheted a curly tail.

Archie showing his appreciation of flowers.

A random set of photos, I'm sure you'll agree.

    1. I think the month has been a little more varied than the previous two months, that's for sure. Eleanor was chuffed with herself for managing to knit the piggy, she gave up on knitting as she was dropping stitches all over the place so it goes to show that it just takes a bit of practice. I hope she keeps it up now.

    1. Imogen may come to knitting in time, Eleanor's picked up the needles on many occasions but she just couldn't grasp it, then a couple of weeks ago she said she was going to have another go and this is what she came up with. I hope she continues as it's a lovely relaxing hobby.

    1. Archie's ok posing for the camera until he decides he's had enough. It's hard to get him to look at the camera sometimes though. I was amazed that Eleanor managed to knit a pig, she's tried to knit for years but has never managed it and she just made this up as she went along.

  7. Random they may be Jo but still very nice. I love Eleanor's bear she should be very proud of her efforts. And Archie well I am a little biased when it comes to Cavies as you know so it goes without saying he looks a very handsome boy.

    1. Eleanor just needs to learn how to purl now and then she'll be well away. Archie is such a pampered pooch, he does love his cuddles.

    1. These Photo Medley posts are a good way of getting any unused photos on to the blog, even though it's a bit of a random post. I take so many photos that there's ones left over from blog posts I've already done or ones which don't warrant a post all of their own so at least I get to use some of them.

    1. I'd nearly given up on Eleanor being able to knit, she's tried so many times over the years. She's had a go at crochet too and managed some bits so it's just a matter of polishing them both now.

    1. I was impressed with the curly tail. I'd suggested knitting it and sewing some elastic inside to make it curl but she went ahead and crocheted it, which I think works so much better.

    1. I didn't expect Eleanor to finish her pig, she usually has all sorts of problems with her knitting, but she kept at this and I think it's turned out really well for her first project.
