Date it yourself rather than having a diary and then you can write as and when you want to, you don't have to keep to filling something in every day, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. Once you do that, you'll get into your own rhythm and see whether writing on a daily basis is something you could keep up with or not. I love looking back at what I've written over the years, and putting things down on paper can really help sort out anxieties and worries, it really helps me.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17436932004631816039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5605977931488846865.post-78079230392586856412019-02-22T10:21:39.823+00:002019-02-22T10:21:39.823+00:00I love the size of it, and this type of paper mean...I love the size of it, and this type of paper means that I can get a bit creative and also use my lovely fountain pen.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17436932004631816039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5605977931488846865.post-57405190301020155252019-02-22T10:18:45.937+00:002019-02-22T10:18:45.937+00:00Hmmm, you wouldn't suggest that if you saw how...Hmmm, you wouldn't suggest that if you saw how I sketch.
